Programme Highlights

What You’ll Be Doing

Volunteers & Interns may assist with:

• Building & maintaining eco-friendly infrastructure (solar setups, water systems, etc.)
• Assisting with hospitality & guest experiences (glamping setup, guest engagement)
• Marketing & community outreach (social media, event planning, content creation)
• Organising sustainable adventure activities & cultural workshops

Relevant skills for the area of expertise

• Regenerative agriculture practices
• Composting & soil health management
• Permaculture principles
• Seed saving & propagation
• Organic pest control & companion planting
• Irrigation & water conservation techniques
• Greenhouse & open-field farming
• Harvesting & post-harvest handling
• Food preservation (drying, fermenting, pickling)
• Livestock & poultry care (where necessary)
• Basic carpentry & tool maintenance
• Renewable energy & sustainable infrastructure

• Accommodation in standard tents (upgrades available for a fee)
