Reservation Terms & Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: 50% deposit required to secure reservation
- Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up to 45 days before event start date; no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of event start date
- Check-In/Out: Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 14:00
- Children: Minimum age 12+ unless booking an exclusive family package
- Dietary Preferences: Please notify us at least 7 days in advance
- Travel Insurance: Recommended for all guests
